Although this depends on the campaign assigned here is a generalization of how we operate.Calls are placed via our dedicated dialer system and necessary information collected and passed along to the clients for Appointments, live transfers and lead generation campaigns.Since Inbound Contracts come with their own systems we are trained and maneuver these as per each clients request and guidelines.Data is usually sourced from multiple vendors however, we would prefer contracts that provide data.
