We do provide outbound services where we have our own data, dialer and voip and we serve those clients as well who provide DDV, depending upon the requirement of the client. Live transfer of calls (TPV) has always been our specialty. We provide Inbound customer support as well. Apart from inbound and outbound services we also provide non-voice and back-end support as well including chat-support and email-support and data entry as well.

We have been serving clients from all over the world since last 12 years and so far we never had any dissatisfied clients.
