·        Team of 7 agents providing white glove service. The team provides knowledgeable technical and functional assistance to our clients in a prompt and courteous manner. The team is experienced in answering incoming phone, chat, and email customer interactions on the Salesforce, Intercom, Jive and Zendesk platforms. Answers product questions, troubleshoot and document product and website issues and resolutions. Works collaboratively with cross-functional, internal teams on resolution of issues.
