What is a live transfer lead?

A live transfer lead is a real-time phone call where a prospect has been pre-qualified by a call center agent and is transferred live to your sales team. Unlike aged or posted leads, the prospect is on the phone and ready to speak with you the moment the transfer connects.

How does escrow protection work?

When you place an order, your funds are held securely in escrow and are never released to the vendor until you confirm the leads or services were delivered as agreed. If a vendor fails to deliver, your funds are protected. Our Liaison Officers are available to walk you through the entire process.

How do I become a seller on the marketplace?

Sellers can list their live transfer leads, sales data, or call center services by completing the appropriate intake form. Standard listings are free. What is a Verified Vendor?

A Verified Vendor has completed Data Monster’s screening process and agreed to our full terms and conditions. Verified Vendors receive priority placement in search results, email notifications when matching buyer requests come in, and are featured on the homepage. Verification is currently free during our relaunch period.

What is the Verified Interviews service?

Our Verified Interviews service lets Data Monster do the vendor hunting for you. We post your job to our global network, screen all applicants, and arrange virtual interviews with pre-qualified, Verified vendors. Packages start at $99 for the Scout tier. Learn more here.

Are there TCPA compliant leads available?

Yes. Many vendors on the marketplace offer TCPA compliant data, including leads certified through TrustedForm and Jornaya. You can filter specifically for TCPA compliant leads when browsing or specify this requirement in your buyer intake form.

How quickly are vendors paid?

Once a buyer confirms that an order has been delivered and fulfilled as agreed, the vendor receives full payment within 24 business hours. This applies to all transactions processed through the Data Monster escrow system.

Can I hire work from home agents instead of a full call center?

Absolutely. Work from home agents are ideal for smaller campaigns that don’t require a full call center team. All agents are pre-screened before you ever speak with them. Commission-based and hourly options are both available. US-based agents are available for federally regulated campaigns requiring onshore compliance.
