CONVENIENCE:

Data Monster has put together all inclusive packages that come with DDV (Data, Dialer, Voip)  Sr. and Jr. Agents and your choice of basic consumer or business data. You can also use your own specialty data. You will have complete access to your predictive dialer including recordings, the ability to monitor and even barge. We have put together several hand picked agents with recordings and virtual interview capability to ensure your success. Hand pick the agents you like the best and customize your campaign. Train your team exactly how you need, all for one low flat rate!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Step 1 is to pick the agents you like. You can watch a short video they each recorded so you can see and hear how they sound. Once you have picked out the agents you like most we will arrange a virtual interview with the team selected or if you choose they can be done individually. During the interview/s we can have the selected agents read your script so you can hear how they would sound representing your product or services. Step 2 is to build your data profile. This will be the data uploaded into your predictive dialer. Step 3 is optional but we offer full training of the predictive dialer so you can login and monitor, upload leads, edit campaigns and review stats. Once all these major components are done we set a day for training with live calls or role play testing optional.

HOW YOU SAVE TIME AND MONEY:

Our flat rate packages already have everything you need. Trying to find the perfect dialer, data source, and call center is not only frustrating but time consuming. After over 13 years of working with dialer companies, call centers and data vendors we’ve put together a cost effective way to include everything you need with convenience! By putting together our favorite providers we make it easy and affordable to launch your campaign with ultimate success!

COST AND TERMS:

Our flat rate all inclusive call center packages start are as low as $10 per hour. We offer 4 different pricing options (see below). The more agents and the more hours you secure in advance will reduce your price per hour. Our minimum purchase is 80 hours per agent with a minimum of 1 agent. We include data based on how many agents and how many hours are secured. There is no cap to how many minutes you can use on the dialer. We cover all usage while agents are on the clock. Agents are interchangeable. If your target market area (geo targeting) is small, we cannot guarantee large amounts of data for your campaign, and we may turn down jobs that do not show promising longevity based on their geo targeting capability. We do allow you direct access to your agents and team leaders.
