Just a brief overview of the process we have in place:1. We purchase TCPA Complaint data. 2. We call the customers who have recently shown an interest in any Insurance product - our main focus has been Auto and Homeowners insurance. 3. We then try and develop an interest and once a qualified and cooperative customer is identified, we live transfer it to the Insurance agents we support.4. Also, there is another campaign we are currently managing, where we identify customers who are ready to switch. We ask them some basic questions, evaluate them on their interest, cooperation and willingness to switch if offered a better deal on Auto, home and health insurance and then we forward that leads to our clients, who contact them within 10-15 minutes.
