Currently, for our DME campaign we are currently generating 25-50 leads per day, this can be live transferred or form filled. Our POS (Merchant Cash Advance) campaign we are generating around 20 leads for our client per day. We are looking to up our agent count at the moment.

If the buyer is not satisfied with your call center services do you have "Replacement or Refund policy" if so what is that policy or policies?

Once we have agreed on the requirements and its outlined in a contract, if we fall short of the agreement we will provide a replacement lead. But before that we will review the lead details and recording.
