We provide a dialer system that allows calls to be routed into our callcenter. For outbound call handling services we provide a dialing system that allows for outbound calls. We can also integrate our CRM with the customers so that your calls can be routed to us whether it is VOIP or other.
If the buyer is not satisfied with your call center services do you have "Replacement or Refund policy" if so what is that policy or policies?
Should perfomance expectations not be met by our support professional, our SLA would provide a replacement or percentage in refund.
