Our agents make cold calls, every call is build up via a pipeline so every call will count at some point in time. Once an agent is able to set a meeting or convert a sale, it goes through our QA department to verify each aspect of the call against the client qualifiers. Once the call has been verified, the lead is submitted to the client along with all the information and the call recording itself.

If the buyer is not satisfied with your call center services do you have "Replacement or Refund policy" if so what is that policy or policies?

There is no reward without some sort of risk, so in terms of refunds we would entertain if we have not done our jobs to the best of our ability. There are no refunds for not meeting target or client not receiving ROI. Again this would depend on the type of service etc.
